Participation fee
Physical participation in the conference adds to the online participation fee for each of the professional categories in the health system, an additional cost of 390 lei FTVA, and at the end the ticket fee issued by IaBilet.ro, according to the tables below. The participation fees are without VAT plus IaBilet.ro commission. Invoicing is done by the organizer at the request of the participants.

The participation fee includes:
- 5% discount voucher for the next edition of the event (09.2024, Athena, Greece).
- coffee breaks and post-event activities on 30 May 2024 (for physical participation);
- continuing education certificate(s), if applicable;
- certificate of participation issued by the organizers;
- participant's map with all the information material distributed at the event;
- access to all sections of the event (online participation link);
